They are not obliged to purchase the vehicle, as this is subject to a physical inspection and possible test drive.
You can reject the new offer if the buyer attempts to renegotiate the price. Please notify the AutoFlip team either way. Should you reject the new offer, your fee will be credited, and with your permission, we could seek to locate you as a new buyer.

Accepting an offer over the phone is considered a verbal agreement in line with our Seller Agreement. The documents we provide after accepting an offer are not considered a 'contract of sale'.

If the buyer has not contacted you yet, contacting them directly is a good idea. Confirm that they received your information and inquire about the next steps. If you still do not receive a response, consider contacting the AutoFlip team for further assistance.
The Success Fee will not be charged immediately. Once you and the buyer have agreed to proceed with the sale, you'll need to provide your credit/debit card details through the link that we provide you. You'll then receive an invoice confirming the Success Fee amount. The payment will be automatically deducted from your card after 7 days.
The Success Fee amount varies for each customer, depending on the final selling price of your car. Our AutoFlip team will advise you on the Success Fee amount before you list your car, and again when you agree to the sale. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency in our fee structure.
If your car hasn't been inspected or paid for by the buyer within 7 days, don't worry! Simply reach out to our AutoFlip team, and we can work with you to extend the Success Fee payment date. We understand that every sale is unique, and we're here to support you throughout the process.
Yes, you can cancel the sale. However, if you decide to cancel after agreeing to the sale, a $198 cancellation fee will be charged/due immediately. This is outlined in AutoFlip's Seller Agreement. We encourage open communication between buyers and sellers to avoid any unexpected situations.
At AutoFlip, we aim to process refunds quickly after a cancelled deal where the success fee was paid. You can typically expect the refund to hit your original payment method within 5-10 business days from the cancellation date. This timeline accounts for variations in processing times by banks and payment providers.
